As we leave September and enter into the fall weather of October, take some time for yourself at some point today, and go outside. Take a deep breath, relax your shoulders, close your eyes if you feel safe to do so, and just breathe. Listen to the sounds around you. What do you hear? Think about what you feel against your skin as you are present in the moment. What do you smell in the fall air? Take a moment to engage with your senses and be present with yourself. Enjoy.
